Hi,

u mean prodution team.

this team solve the tickets raised by end user(client side) if they find any problem.

PROdution team is devided into two parts.

1)first one will cover supporting the production runs and supporting the production incidences.(data,errors)

2)second one will work on the changes they want(adding new changes,modifications.)

It may be you are taliking about Production Team. This team may be working in the Production Environment (maintaining Production server).
