Print preview purchasing document font size too small

Hi,

users are having difficulties with reading the content of Purchasing Document Previews as the font size selected for the documents is quite small. We want to increase the size of text on the screen without changing the document font size.

There seem to be no standard SAP options and the Windows screen resolution does not produce the required response.

Can you try adjusting the font setting for the selected printer in your SAP system?
Your System admin/Basis person can help

There's a SAP note which explains how the Print Preview is different compared to the actual printed document. It depends on fonts installed in Windows of user's laptop. Tell me if you don't find it.
