Someone knows how to read all the tree of the ppome including the field in red square?

To get this field you just need to get the position code and check in table HRP1001 if exist a relationship A 012 / B 012 with the unit org in question.

Additionally, you can get the list of all unit organization that an employee is responsible using the function module HRWPC_GET_ORGUNITS_OF_MANAGER.
