Hi,

Iam working on a FI/CO report, and I need tax values to calculate the total loaded cost i.e. (Material cost + un-planned cost + taxes) for the parked PO.

the fields that I will use to search the tax values are tax codes(MWSKZ) & the tax jurisdiction code(TXJCD).

Please help me out to find the tax values.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Sanjay.

Check BSEG table.

It will also be there in BSAk, BSIS, BSES, BSID etc.

Hi Ravi,

Thanks for your reply, you are right they are there in the tables you metntioned, but they appear there after a invoice is postes and it goes into FI/CO related tables.

But what before the invoce is posted? where are the taxes stored.

Thanks & Regards,

Sanjay

Hi,

you ask: But what before the invoce is posted? where are the taxes stored.

what do you mean exactly ?

the tax-condition? - they is stored in tables KONP/V

-> you can get the values with fm RECP_FI_TAX_CALCULATE

and you can calucalte tax with fm's:

CALCULATE_TAX_FROM_GROSSAMOUNT

CALCULATE_TAX_FROM_NET_AMOUNT

Hi Andreas,

Exactly you have understood my issue perfectly,Thank you for that.

What I need is not the tax-condition where it is stored because Iam not going to calculate the taxes maunaully, but was trying to get a FM which will give me the tax values when I pass some data related to it. I think the FM which you have mentioned will help me out, I will have to look into it.

Thanks once again.

Regards,

Sanjay.

Hi

Which ones?

U can use CALCULATE_TAX_FROM_GROSSAMOUNT and CALCULATE_TAX_FROM_NET_AMOUNT in the same way. It depends on only if you have the net or gross amount.

For FI/CO:

DATA: T_MWDAT LIKE RTAX1U15 OCCURS 0 WITH HEADER LINE.

CALL FUNCTION 'CALCULATE_TAX_FROM_NET_AMOUNT'

EXPORTING

I_BUKRS = <company code>

I_MWSKZ = <tax code>

I_WAERS = <currency>

I_WRBTR = <amount>

TABLES

T_MWDAT = T_MWDAT

In T_MWDAT you can find the result.

Hi Max,

Thanks for the reply, the function modules which you have pointed here are the ones which I have been looking for. I have used CALCULATE_TAX_FROM_NET_AMOUNT and that resolved my purpose, but I have a question here, you have advised me to look for the values in the table T_MWDAT, which is update by the function module.

can't I get the values from the four fields exported by the FM i.e. E_FWNAV,E_FWNVV,E_FWSTE,E_FWAST because I have tried getting the result values from the 4 exported values .

what is the advantage of getting the values from t_mwdat table.?

Thanks,

Sanjay.

Hi Sanjay,

You can check the Tax details through

transaction - FTXP.

There Tables involved are T007A,T030K etc.

Hope this helps.
