Payee Name History not maintained.... PA0009

The report is not picking up the name of the Payee if a new one is not entered. I added new IT0009 Bank Details records for personnel numbers 1 and 230. I assigned them the Payee names of Test 1 and Test 2 respectively. Their old Payee names do not appear in the report for records I created yesterday. When I manipulated the Payee names today, they appear. I also created other new records today without changing the Payee name after I noticed this and they did not appear. The report should pull the Payee name whether it has changed or not.

Please help.

What u did... u changed the record or delimit it..

If u had changed it then payee name will not appear..

Coz... U might had changed the date also. So only those records will be fetched which are valid on run date and updated value is valid for that..

In case of delimition.. u can create on more record.. for the same pernr and for different dates they will be valid.

Suppose a record has data for IT0009 : from 01/01/2007 to 12/31/9999

and payee name is payee1

Noe u delimit it and begda u give as 07/11/2007, old record will be delimited and its begda and endda will be 01/01/2007 and 07/10/2007 respectively.

Old record will come only when u fetch that data for previous dates and not after 07/10/2007.

But in database both records will be stored..

Try it..

I think u can get much idea from this...

Reward if helpful.
