password field becoming capital in sm30 table maintenance

Hi all,

I have setup a password in table for the user in a table i.e.

table-host = 10.10.2.0.

table-username = USER1

table-password = 'Password1' (the requirement is that the password should have some small letters )

When I maintain the password when it is changed in SM30, the password letters become capital and the FTP process fails.

Please advise. Any suggestion would be appreciated. Thanks

Regards,

FS

Hi,

Check the domain of the Password field u are using.

If it is a Z domain then u can check the checkbox for 'Lowercase'. This will enable u to enter the letters in small case.
