Open Attachment Issue

Hi ,

I have uploaded a tiff file from application server and have attached it to a document in R/3.

Doc type - EXT.

When I view the document in r3 I can see the attachemnt.. however when i click on it to open it .. I get a dialog box to save it to PC.

Could anybody help me as to how to configure that this attachment should be opened in Windows Viewer.

I would like it to work just like a PDF document. When we click on a pdf attached to a document in r3 , it automatically opens in adobe.

issue resolved . The file when being attached needs to be attached as TIF.. If thats done .. R/3 automatically opens it as an image.
