Hey everyone, i just have a scenario, where i need to upload all my .jpeg or bitmap files into sap at once. There are about 16000 pictures that need to be uploaded. So instead of uploading one by one through se78. Is there any other way, that i can transport all my pictures at once?. please help me out with this.

Thanks & Regards,

Abhishek.

Hi abhishek sunkari,

The only way I guess is -> Uploading them using Recoriding (BDC).

Have you tried to do that ????

Hi abhishek sunkari,

The steps follows as below :

1. Make sure the images are in Tiff / Bmp format, stored in D:/ dirve in a folder.

2. Name them as image1 - image1500 or your prefered naming convention.

3. Then do recording for SE78 in SHDB T-code. (Once we do recording we will come to know what

are the fields are mandotory.)

4. Then create a flat file with all mandotory Fileds such as Path of the images , and Name of image to be stored in SAP.

5. Finally when we run Session created in SM35 we can upload all images in a time interval.
