number of copied setting in MN22

hi all,

i have configured to send 2 copy of message in MN22. And in the spool its showing 2 copy of print job. However only 1 copy is printed.

please advise is there anyway to resolve this issue? thanks.

hi,

check the printer settings from SPAD or spool settings from SP01.
