Not triggering Mail in VF03 via output types

Hi Team,

Output type has been configured in NACE and driver program, smartform is attached to it .

When user is trying to print the output, they are not receiving the mail which is configured

via ZPDFSAVE .

I could not able to see the entry in SOST too .

Can anyone suggest an idea on this ?

Do i need to write any code in my driver program for this case . ?

Have you written any code to trigger an email using BCS class or FM?

Hi Shasi,

I have not written any code in driver program, but there is a job in the background which will push the mail to the

respective receipient with the template designed .

ZPDFSAVE is clearly a custom program in your system, so how could we know anything about it?

Are you an ABAPer and do you have an SD person where you work? If so then what is preventing you two from sitting together and checking all the configuration and ABAP code?

I'm really puzzled what assistance are you expecting from a global community in this matter.
