Not show SAP information messages (error VBA)

Hi all,

I am currently writing a script in Visual Basics, which connects to SAP in order to download some data and export this data to excel. The script contains a message box, where you can enter a certain plant and period for which you want to download the SAP data.

For small plants, the script works perfectly. But when I enter a larger plant, SAP displays an information message saying "this will take some time". To go further, you just click enter and the download begins. The problem is, my script ends each time when the SAP message pops up, and I am not able to move past this.

I was wondering whether it is possible to NOT show these SAP information messages anymore. Maybe I need to change something in my SAP settings or add some lines in the script?

Thank you for your help!

Please don't duplicate your question, just edit the original question. I alerted the moderator to delete your original question (https://answers.sap.com/questions/13795780/dont-show-information-messanges-in-sap-vba.html). This one is the latest one and probably more up-to-date, so to be kept.

I guess you are using SAP GUI Scripting, so you should tag your question "UI SAP GUI for Windows" and not "ABAP Development". You can edit your question, don't post a new one.
