Need Help : Maintaining Hidden Fields of a generated maintenance view

Hi,

I have a parent table and a child table having 1:1 foreign key relationship.

Both these tables are part of THE SAME maintenance view.

I want to fill the child table keys (which are hidden) automatically as soon as the parent table fields are filled.

I assume this can be achieved using the Table events.

Is there some other direct way of filling the hidden fields of the child table which does not need coding?

Best Regards,

Rishabh

Hi,

I think i may not Possible in Table Events,

Try to create a Data Base View for both the Table .

Add the Records in that View , it may add the records in both the Parent and Child table.

Thanks and Regards,

Hi Rishabh,

Try SM34, which is View cluster maintenance call.
