Need func mod or BAPI to update service order costcentre

Hi Experts,

According to the requirement i need to update the cost center (ie settlement receiver ) for teco completed service orders.

in Tcode IW32 -> in menu GOTO -> Settlement rule -> there i have to update the settlement receiver field with new value.

Please provide me any BAPI or function module by which i can update the cost center with the new one.
