Here guys,

Here I am getting error below please tell me how to resolve it and here is security policy of ticket template.

Security Provider Policy

com.sap.security.core.server.jaas.EvaluateTicketLoginModule SUFFICIENT {ume.configuration.active=true}

BasicPasswordLoginModule REQUISITE {}

com.sap.security.core.server.jaas.CreateTicketLoginModule OPTIONAL {ume.configuration.active=true}

I see following error

"Certificate not found".

If you have an ABAP system "at hand" you can start transaction SE37 to test-drive function module SSF_ERRORMESSAGE. In the given case, assign CRC=5 and RESULT=26 in order to receive the detailed error information.

So, what does this mean for you?

You need to export the certificate from the ticket issuer and add it to the keystore.

Good news: soon, an "Single Sign-On Configuration Wizard" will be made available (already available in NW 7.1, to be downported to NW 7.0/2004s and NW 6.40/2004) as part of the "NetWeaver Administrator" (NWA).
