Missing Status String in Tcode SOSB after refresh

Normally when I execute the tcode SOSB, the status bar able to show normally about the summary of the status :

However when i referesh, the status string is missing and I am not sure what is happening:

Do anyone here can help to assist or give some advise on how to solve this issue?

The solution i tried but not able to solve this issue: (I am using windows laptop 14 inch)

  • Reinstall SAP
  • change font size via SAP setting
  • change windows text size

Any help is really appreciated.
