I am confused why this is tagged as ABAP Development because you do not mention what is teh development that you work on. If this problem occurs only with your custom program you need to provide more information about the development in order to attract people who can help you.

If this is not related to development - then tag MM significantly increases your chances to get a helpful response.

Anyways, the long text of the message points you to certain conditions in specific pricing procedures.

Navigate to the customizing, check what is the VOFM routine assigned to the condition and you will know why you get this error and (optionally) what you need to do to get this condition in the PO.

If you do not need this condition it might be possible to delete it from the document (depends on the customizing settings).
