MBGMCR03 segment getting truncated

I'm facing an issue in with standard SAP Inbound Idoc MBGMCR03.

Open Text drops a file in file server and SAP processes to create Idoc and the segment definition getting truncated to 10 characters and end up with " No entry in conversion table for external segment name E2MBGMCR00 ". I pick up the same file and process and the entire segment def to segment type conversion happens correctly and Idoc is posted correctly.

Any experts, here who can suggest me.
