Can anybody tell me How many number of entries(Maximum) possible ALV Report

try for yourself with se16 in a table like bseg or cdpos

Hi,

How many entries are maintained in the report related table basing on that it will pick the entries and display in the list.Specific range is not there for ALV.

sky is the limit, where sky = available memory.

As per my humble observation in SM50, ALV-Grid does about triple the memory usage of the internal table before displaying it, so this may well stop your application server if you're trying to display a million records.

This depends on the no of fields in the Internal table ...

As an Internal table cannot hold more than 2GB of data at any

time(can enhance to 4GB but not recommended) ... If your internal table has more no of fields then U can show less no. of

records in the ALV(we'll pass the internal table with data) and

vice-versa ..
