Hi All,
I have a requirement where I need to maintain cost rates on an employee level instead of per activity type. I can see in this SAP Community Blog that it's possible in S/4HANA cloud but I need to implement this on premise.
Does anyone know how this can be done?

Do you mean you want to implement the same on OP application, such as S/4? The primary tag of ByDesign is a cloud application, not OP one.

I'm facing the same issue with an on prem customer.
Did you find a solution to maintain activity price at employee level ?

No we didn't find a good solution for this. I don't know the details of our work around but I think we ended up maintaining two activity types per employ. One specific to the employ that contains the price and another normal one that controls the rest of the employee details.
