Solved: Mails to SAP inbox

Hi Abapers,

I have attached business object: IDOCAPPL and start event: INPUTERROROCCURRED.

Task: TS20000051 is assigned to this. Method: INPUTFOREGROUND of

business object: IDOCAPPL is called in the task.

upon executing the idoc, i'm getting mail to SAP business work place.

but mail is getting saved in outbox.. I want mail to appear in inbox.. How can i fix this

issue.. Please help me as im new to workflows.

there is a user created with id: WS_BATCH which drives the SAP mails....

there are some programs which are scheduled for every 15 min or for an 1hr. which when run will move to corresponding inboxes of ppl...

Some times the configurations on the back end need to be set correctly.. ws_batch ill have some config issues.. check with Basis for it..
