Hi,

As per my knowledge,

Low level means base level i.e nothing but Data Dictionary concepts and little bit programming knowledge ( take the input, calculate it and display it).

There is no high level concepts. Because some one feels Cross Applications are high level, some other feels now WebDynpro ABAP is high/latest levels.
