Looking for Userexit in CV01N CV02N (Documents) read and save additional Data tab Classification

Hi does someone have a answer for following process:

We have customized the additional data Tab in CV01N with a Class and Characteristics (with CL02 and CT04).

But i dont get the entered values in the userexit.

How could i get the entered values at saving the document?

We need the entered values and the values from database if values are saved before in CV02N to check if the data would be changed.

Is therefore another Userexit? Because it seems the userexit is only processing the document data and not the addition data tab values.

Or is it possible to get the entered or actual data from a buffer?
