looking for user exit order operation

I'm looking for a user exit which fills certain fields in the operation when created

with IW31 an order can be created and there are user exits that can be triggered for the order header. now I want to fill a certain field when an operation is created so a date has to be entered. The field I want to fill automatically is AFVGD-EINSA

which holds the meaning of the startdate.

I have found an user exit which works on operation but it hasn't got a field or something that looks similiar to EINSA

is there any other way to fill the start date reason ?
