You should be able to select the radiobutton, that says to "end all other sessions and continue with this one". This will get rid of the other session.

Hi Deepthi,

There is some other person who logged on with the same userid and so it is giving logon error.

You can continue your session without killing other sessions by selecting the radio button 'Continue with this logon, without ending any other logons in System.

If you continue with this logon without ending any existing logons to system, this will be logged in the system.'

If you want to kill all other sessions, then click on radio buttion 'Continue with this logon and end any other logons in system, When ending any existing logons to system, unsaved data is lost'.

If you dont want to logon then click on radiobutton 'Terminate this logon'.

Thanks,

Vinay

Hi

What Rich and Vinay have said is right, but really the administrator can set the system in order not to show all radiobuttons. This solution is used when the administrator want to be sure only one person can use a USER in the same time.

So in this situation it can only advise the administrator somebody is using your user, if you can see all radiobutton you can decide which action is done.

Hi

My God! I worked on 3.1h many years ago...try to kill the session by trx SM04, if I remember it should be in that release.
