Linking MSEG-mblnr and VBRP-VBELN /VBRP-VGBEL

I want to know what table contains MBLNR and VBELN or VGBEL in one table.

I think you looking for MSEG table it contain sales order(VBELN) as KDAUF and reference document(VGBEL) as LFBNR.

These two fields are not populated in MSEG in our system.

Is there any other table.

I don't think soo. It has to store only MSEG(Document Segment: Material). Try to create a material document and check.

They are not directly linked, but they both(invoice and material document) are linked to the sales order in the document flow.

Go to VBFA and enter your document in the VBELN field and you will get all the preceding documents including material document and the sales order.
