Job got cancelled with error 'Job cancelled due to system shutdown'.

Hi,

We have a job that got cancelled after one step only, due to an error 'Job cancelled due to system shutdown'

and now the program keeps running on that step for several hours and then finally the job end with an error 'Job cancelled after system exception ERROR_MESSAGE'.

The other steps of the jobs run fine if I push it to the end but it keeps getting stuck on this step.

Can you please advice how this can be resolved.
