IDOC FM: BAPI_IDOC_INPUT1 error "Inconsistent rates for currency"

Hi Friends,

I am executing IODC FM BAPI_IDOC_INPUT1, Msg type: SHP_IBDLV_CONFIRM_DECENTRAL. It gives error like "Inconsistent rates for currency" . Is it configuration issue? if yes, where to check.

It gives error in the FM MB_CREATE_GOODS_MOVEMENT. where we can check that the program get TCURR values.
