I cannot activate "Use MS Word as Editor" (RSCPSETEDITOR)

Hi,
After giving permission to SAPScript Smart Forms, when I exit the screen and log in again, I see that it does not allow it. Why does this happen?

Read 2342408 - SAPscript: Only MS Word as SAPscript Editor available

  • Can you browse table TCO0I look for parameters sapscript_editor and smartforms_editor, but those records should no longuer be required in recent versions.
  • For Multi-Character Format Support 'pilot phase?', read 742662 - MS Word as Editor in SAPscript and Smart Forms, 'please contact component BC-SRV-SCR .' (raise an incident/case)
