can anyone explain the workflow and How to use an BAPI in SAP Standard Programs ?

You must attend SAP Courses (or trainings by other companies or blog posts or Web sites or videos) to learn SAP Business Workflow and BAPI.

You can easily find these courses by searching the Web.

It's impossible to answer your very general question here.

NB: I guess that by saying "reward", you mean that you will respect the SAP Community rules e.g. especially Content - Help - SAP Community, Q&A - Help - SAP Community and Kudos - Help - SAP Community. No need to say it, it's implicit for anyone who is part of the SAP Community.

if it is not different in the beautiful BTP land: 

You have to create a delegation of the SWO1 object you use in the Workflow

Create a Form, and call the BAPI

Create a specific task to call the SWO1 form

Call your specific task

(we cannot create simple comment anymore ??)

Hi @FredericGirod,
I will chime in here quickly to answer your last question.
On the new platform there is a difference between questions in the Q&A section and discussions. In discussion threads you can "only" reply, whereas in our Q&A section you are still able to both answer and comment. 
This thread is in a Discussion area, which is why you will only see the "Reply" option.
