How to upload TAN exemption data in BP

Please help me to upload tan based exemption data to their corresponding table.

is there any BAPI or BDC to upload data?

OR

any other to upload data from excel datasheet?

It is uploading successfully but when we go for the change in any data for that vendor bp it gives error. As this function module directly updating the master table the problem occurs due to memory objects. Is there any other way to do this?
