How to restrict the results retreived by the F4 help menu in SAP ECC based on authorization objects?

As my question states, is it possible to restrict the results retreived by the F4 help menu in SAP ECC based on authorization objects?

Due to a requirement to restrict DISPLAY access to certain business partners, orders and deliveries we have defined SAP PFCG roles. However, when searching for business partners, orders and deliveries via the F4 Search Menu the results are not restricted. You are able to view too much details in the results. When selecting, for example, an order for which you are not authorized and try to view it via the transaction (VA03), you get an authorization error.

tha application developer has to implement such checks in his coding for the F4-help in his/her t-codes....(example: SAP note

1537159 provides such a possibility for the user search (su01 etc.))

So there is no general approach/solution.
