How to modify a program with "application" attribute set to "basis"

Hi, I have a program named AQSTZSALES=====ZFACT-DET-CONT. I never had seen a program with the name in this form. The "application" attribute is set to "basis". When i try to modify the program, this request a object key.

Why this program has your name in this form?

To modify it need something special?

This is program generated by query (ie using tranx SQ01 or SQ02) You need to find usergroup & query name from this report,

For that use fm RSAQ_DECODE_REPORT_NAME and pass this report name into it and it will provide you usergroup and query name , then go to SQ02 and change and regenerate the program
