How to Instantiate Custom Business Object in sap?

Could you please let me know how to instantiate Custom business Object(CBO) from ABAP Code.

As you are saying you have practiced this tutorial, but you couldn't "instantiate" it (your question), you should describe what the issue was.

Yes i have participated in tutorials but i didn't find, my requirement i need to trigger the logic which is maintained in CBO in Zreport.
