how to give values for ACCP & PREC type fields in Ddic

i had created a table with field types ACCP & PREC in ECC 6.0

while entering data it accepts everything. but it should accept only year and month for ACCP. how to do it.

whet is PREC type field. where it is used?

no. in ddic for saving data in tables it should accept only YYYYMM format like 200810. but it saves everything like 100098. how to restrict it
