How to enable print range option in Smartforms

I want to enable print range option while previewing and print page,only all option is available, page from to  radio button is disabled. how can i enable this .

contact your basis guys. they can help for this.

I think there is nothing related to abap.

It seems your are printing on LOCL printer, and this windows comes from windows not from Abap server; Try to fill TDPAGESLCT "page selection" in spool settings passed to smartforms (OUTPUT_OPTIONS structure SSFCOMPOP) Maybe you hid the standard smartforms print dialog, so are directly sent to windows (frontend). Else as suggested, try to find a better driver for your printer (on windows)
