How to Configure custom smartform for ME23N Tcode i.e Purchase Order

Hi Guys,

I have requirement to configure smartform to purchase order printout for ME23N Tcode.

could you guide me from NACE  Tcode for configuring the same.

Go to NACE - Choose EF- Purchase Order (Click Output Types) - Choose Your Output Type - NEU (Select)  -- > Click Processing Routine

Now Pass Your Form Name here and Save it into Transport request.

If u have any issue to understand than pls tell me I will give u screen shot details also

i have to change the Form routine i.e ENTRY_NEU and also Program - SAPFM06P

do i have to make them custom, can u elaborate.

Hi Umakant,

Goto Tcode -NACE and Select Application     EF     Purchase Order and in that select the OUTPUT TYPE NEU  which will give the standard  Driver Program and form name. which u can copy and modify ur smartform and the driver program based on ur Layout and The requirements

Hi Umakant,

As an ABAP developer, learn how to do the change in NACE settings. But i believe these config changes should be done by your MM / Purchasing consultant.

Also, instead of changing the NEU outputype, make a copy of NEU and then apply your custom changes to copied output type.
