How to Codense Space

Hi,

Hi i dont want the gap Between Name1 and Name2...

i.e i want the display as below

Name1

Name2...

Bt in my Report Im getting Like below shown...i tried by using "c" its not working..im using Smartforms for Report Creation....

Name1

Name2

Street

Postal Code...

can anybody help me on this....

HI,

if you are using the smart forms, then

may be you are using table to display the data or templates.

you need to reduce the height of each row, so that the space will be reduced.

OR

create the template with more height.

and then in the text elements, print the data one by one

&Field1&

&Field2&

&Field3&

&Field4&

Go to the paragraph format you are using and check the line spacing.

If you are printing in Smartforms, check the Smartsytle used for your smartform and remove the Space in Paragraph format used

Hi

I dont have Option to Alter Line Spacing...

Its in Grey Mode....

Any Other way to do it?

Try using SET BLANK LINES OFF.

Name1
SET BLANK LINES OFF.
Name2.

Try to reduce Line spacing in pagagraph forrmat or in style if u are using.

try CONDENSE .it works with charcter datatypes.data type are namely: C, N, D, T, String.

try to decrease the LINE SPACING of your paragraph format
