How to change the release of the sesment?

Hi gurus:

I have created a custom segment type Z automatically when i release the segment the system set the release of my segment at 700 (the release of my SAP), but i have to set the release at 640. How can i do?

Hi

When your system release at 700 , how can you set the release status of your segment for 640, I think its not possible.

in WE31 when we create the Segments and release them( from menu EDIT-> set release/Cancel release), By defualt it will get released as per your system version.
