How to Catch SAP PI Execution Time Delay Exceptions

Consult a questions for SAP PI.

I am currently encountering an abnormal issue with SAP PI, but there is no PI professional to solve it.There are two types of abnormal scenarios now：
1、In image exp01.jpg, the time interval between BI and MS is long, and JSON data only has five or six rows. From the data, it is undergoing format conversion.

2、In image exp02-01.jpg & exp02-02.jpg, the SAP database execution drop time is the same as the interface request time, at 16:12:36. But the SAP PI response time is at 16:13:39, with a delay of more than one minute in between. Is there a queue queuing output here？

I consulted with colleagues from other companies and they said need to check the log logs.

But i don't know how to view logs and monitor exceptions. How should i locate anomalies?
