Hi,
I have a bachelor degree in Computer Science and I am doing a master's program of applied science now. I have 5+ years experience in manufacturing industry as an engineer and touched SAP PP module as an end user.
I want to know if SAP developer is a good position for me, how to become a SAP developer, what I should learn and where to learn.
Any help is appreciated...
Thanks in advance,

Hi Feng Yang,
Here in South Africa, it seems that the way to go would be the businuss analyst direction...
When it comes to where to learn, i would suggest going to the sap.com site, navigate through the "Education" menu, and you will find pricing and schedules for courses in your country. Alternativly, mail the education department at SAP, and pose this question - they seem to be very responsive and helpful.
When it comes to "what to learn", a possible solution to finding the answer would be to speak to companies that run SAP, and ask what they think... Better yet, speak to Business Analysts and developers who have been in the field for a while and ask what they think - They normally have a better idea of which direction would be a good one...
Good luck!

Hi Feng Yang,
You may also want to check out the eLearning Zone in the SDN pilot area: https://www.sdn.sap.com/sdn/pilot.sdn
There you find lots of interesting courses that help you on your way to become an SAP developer.
Good luck from me too, Mark.
