My requirement is i have to add the Extra Tab with fields in MIGO transaction and save the data into the MSEG table

How do It please help on it .

Check out SPRO: Materials Management -> Inventory Management and Physical Inventory -> Maintain Customer Exits and Business Add-Ins -> BAdI: Maintenance of Extenral Detail Subscreens for Transaction MIGO

You requirement can be implemented with MB_MIGO_BADI.
