Hi,

As per the technical term or based on your requirement you can use digital signature in Adobe forms using below

T-code : SFP ->Create Layout->Drag the signature field from library to layout.->Execute the form-> You will get one icon on signature field->Select the sign button from PDF toolbar-> then it will ask the digital ID to mention the signature.

In our company for digital signature using VB Script Exe file(file is created by .Net Team), This exe file is uploaded in SAP server in Index table as binary format.

In SAP PDF data is download form SAP server to Presentation server and Exe file is downloaded in Presentation server, connect the do-gale to local system / laptop , execute exe file pass file path & coordinates for location then EXE file Place the Singed file in same location, then it will be stored in sap server as DMS Document.
