How to add additional fields in FB01 Header?

Hi All,

I have a requirement according to which I have to add 3 fields in FB01 Header, Screen 100. I have tried using BADI FI_HEADER_SUB_1300IM but it does not fulfill my requirement. The user wants to save the data (which are to be filled in those fields) to save in a Z table with reference to the document number generated.

Kindly help me in this regard. Much appreciated.
