Hi SAP BTP enthusiasts!

As 2024 comes to an end (yes, we still have a few months left, but we all know how time flies in Q4), we are reflecting on and taking stock of how we have engaged with you, our community, throughout the year.

Why, you ask? Well, it's not just out of pure nostalgia...We have an ulterior motive: start content planning for 2025 and get your inputs as early as possible!  How do you want to stay informed about #SAPBTP and engage with experts (virtual and in-person events aside 😉)?

To give you some context, this year we've had a mix of live sessions, recorded videos and podcasts, each serving a different purpose. Some examples below:

Our questions to you:

  1. Have you enjoyed any or all of these formats? If so, which ones would you like us to continue in 2025?
  2. Is there another way you'd like to us to share news and content about SAP BTP?
  3. Is there a specific SAP BTP related topic you want to find out more about?
  4. Do you enjoy live sessions where you can ask questions or do you prefer to consume content on-demand?

Let us know! We want to make next year, the best year 🙂

Sometimes it is hard to assimilate new information on BTP your inputs from Whats New and Innobytes help a lot to get to know many current details in a short time. Kudos to that.

Moreover as a devloper i am also interested in Tutorials and hands on simple tasks to understand and use the system which will help to connect with whats happening.

Hi @vivekkrishnan - thank you for sharing your feedback! Bite-size content is what we intended for SAP BTP Innobytes, so I am glad you see it this way. For more in-depth tutorials and learning content, I would recommend checking https://learning.sap.com/products/business-technology-platform and https://developers.sap.com/tutorial-navigator.html

Hope this helps!

"Too much information kills information"
I like the "Innobytes" because it is short and not so frequent.
For the other channel you mentioned, I had no time to have a look.
To keep up-to-date with new features on BTP, I have subscribed to the following page https://help.sap.com/whats-new/cf0cb2cb149647329b5d02aa96303f56?locale=en-US . Each time there is updates, I'm receiving an email notification. It is not very "sexy" (no video or images) but I like this channel because it is very detailed & complete and I can filter on the BTP services I'm interested in.

Hi @Cocquerel - thanks for sharing! The Help Portal, and specifically the What's New page is definitely a great resource!

Hi, I think that if we receive an Email with News and the link to the video in youtube is more efficient, than a webinar, for the problems with the hour, in youtube we can have all the knowlage in one or more videos, and is more easy to access.

Hi @Ssanchezaraiza - thanks for sharing. Are you subscribed to the SAP BTP Newsletter: https://www.sap.com/cmp/nl/sap-cp-newsletter/index.html ?

I think this would provide exactly the content you are looking for 🙂

Hi @cecihuergo

All formats are great, they are very valuable.

I prefer YouTube videos for practical reasons and especially for the language issue, when I am very interested in a content I use the subtitles that it generates automatically, that is, if I am not mistaken, the other alternatives do not offer them.

However, I repeat, I love all the formats they use and I take this opportunity to thank them for all the knowledge they share day by day, I hope that in 2025 they will do the same or better and we will continue enjoying the content.

Best regards,

Erick

Thanks for your feedback Erick! You brought up a very interesting point around subtitles/translation of content. We will keep this in mind when thinking about 2025.
