How do I have 'No Limit' set to true by default in IW32's service specifications screen?

There is field 'No Limit' (EDUH-SUMNOLIM) that is displayed on this service specifications screen for services linked to an operation. I know I can change whether the field is hidden/mandatory/display in ML90.

But I want it 'display only' with it set active by default. Is there a spro setting for this, or is it something that happens when the service is added to the operation initially that determines whether it's defaulted as active or not?
