How can I expose the information on Customer Demand on an ODATA call

Hi
I don't know a ton about the systems for business by design and I'm trying to expose the data that we can see on Customer Demand to other systems using Odata. I have tried to export Sales Orders but I'm missing some of the objects/fields that are shown there- Order Line Item ID, Release Status and so on.
