Hidden columns in ALV are being displayed in XLS. How not to display it?

So I have columns not being shown in ALV.
This is the current layout:

Column A | Column E | Column F |

However, when I build an XLS, this is the result:
Column A | Column B | Column C | Column D | Column E | Column F |

How do I hide the column in the XLS since it is also not present in ALV?

Did you mark them as technical in the field catalog?
