as an abaper into which table i should look to get the details for a po like how many po are still open under one purchase org.how many quotations and how many purchase requisitions?

Hi,

For this you can call BAPI function.Below are Bapi through which you can get PO,PR and quotations.

Reward if useful.

BAPI_REQUISITION_GETDETAIL

BAPI_PO_CREATE1(FOR PO CREATION)
