Someone can help explain step by step , how can implement the BADI pt_abs_req using the method that said in the following link
We are working with the version ECC 6.0.
The abap is doing step by step the following link,

However, not know that step we are doing wrong. and the system in the portal send a message of error.
Can someone explain step by step.
