GRID ALV

Hi all,

I have a question.

I have converted one Z-report to GRID ALV display. Earlier it was a classical report. When it was a classical report, in the menu it had an option to download to local file.

PATH : system -> List -> Save -> Local file. So the users were able to download to local file.

Now that I have converted to GRID ALV, this above option is disabled.

Is there any way that I can convert the report output from GRID ALV to LIST ALV, the way it is in SE16N. Can I achieve it without using the FM 'REUSE_ALV_LIST_DISPLAY'.

Hi,

In Menu bar >List>Export-->Local File

or

In application toolbar there will be a icon called local file.

There is a icon alv Local file (ctrlshiftf9) here you can convert file to spreadsheet

I agree to u shiva, but is there any way we can achieve the functionality similar to the one in SE16N.

Hi Ketki,

You can copy the standard GUI Status same as SE16n and pass the standard Pf-Status to ur customized ALV.

For copy goto SE80Function Group> KKBL> GUI StatusCopy the standard GUI status to your customized PF -Status and pass the copy PF-status to the import Parameter in GRID_Display for PF-Status.
